Overview
Level 52 is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager with a deep passion for the leadership training industry and a robust network of HR and OD leaders in Ontario. This role is pivotal in driving Level 52’s growth strategy and expanding our footprint in the Ontario market.

This can be a full-time or 3/4-time role with the number of hours to be determined and remuneration dependent upon experience. Applicants must be based in the GTA.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key enterprise clients and developing new client relationships in Ontario. You will leverage your expertise in consultative B2B sales, account management, and business development to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a dedication to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your network and existing relationships with HR and OD executives across Ontario, while also cultivating new enterprise-level contacts to identify business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the Level 52 team to create tailored solutions that align with Level 52's suite of leadership development programs.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records within Level 52’s CRM as the primary mechanism to drive meaningful activity and keep a pulse on opportunities moving through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative business development. (Bonus if you have experience in the corporate training industry.)
  • A track record of developing 'trusted partner' status with executives and HR leaders across Ontario.
  • Proven ability to manage and advance opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area a MUST.
  • HubSpot experience is a PLUS.
