About the company

We are a 12-year-old e-commerce company based in Texas, USA. We manufacture, import, and sell a range of apparel and accessories on Amazon.com under multiple brands, including Pembrook Apparel and Doctor’s Select.

Our products span clothing, socks, and soft accessories — and we’re proud to be a market leader in many sock-related categories. We ship more than 1,000,000 orders per year.

The business is managed by an experienced and fun team spread across the globe. You’ll work directly with our Founder, Marketing & Launch Manager and Creative Lead. We also have a dedicated design team ready to help develop any creative collateral or content you need to bring your marketing ideas to life.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive external traffic to our Amazon listings and storefronts.

This role is all about strategy, execution, and experimentation — using channels like affiliate marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, content placements, and paid ads to attract and convert high-quality customers.

We are a very focused company and 100% of our sales come from Amazon.  All of our efforts have gone to expanding our product line and focusing on advertising and promotions within the Amazon platform. We do not sell our products anywhere else and do not plan to change this meaningfully in the near future. This role will be to leverage our Amazon strength and drive traffic TO Amazon.

We’re not looking for someone to follow a fixed playbook. Instead, we want someone who can look at who we are, what we sell, and our existing Amazon presence — and propose what external traffic strategy would be most powerful for us and why.

In your cover letter, we’d like you to tell us what channels or approaches you would focus on, based on your experience and our business, and why you believe that strategy would generate the best results.

This is an initial 6–8 month contract, with the potential for a long-term or permanent position depending on the results you create.

About you

You’re a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives on testing ideas, building partnerships, and scaling what works. You’re comfortable taking ownership, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating with creative and analytical minds alike.

You understand the nuances of e-commerce, and ideally, you have some familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty — and you’re excited by the idea of seeing measurable impact from your work.

Typical questions you’ll explore:

  • What are the best channels for driving qualified external traffic to our listings?

  • Which affiliate or partnership models would create the highest ROI for our brands?

  • What influencer or sponsorship strategies make sense for our target customers?

  • How can we track and attribute off-Amazon traffic effectively?

  • What kind of content and creative assets convert best?

A few specific things you’ll work on:

  • Develop, share, and execute external traffic strategies

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with partners, affiliates, and collaborators.

  • Identify new traffic pathways and opportunities that align with our products and audiences.

  • Work with our in-house design team to develop campaign materials and creative assets as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and PPC Manager to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.

  • Analyze traffic, conversion, and attribution data, and report insights and recommendations.

  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine strategies for better performance and scalability.

Traits / Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success driving external traffic to Amazon or e-commerce listings (case studies or examples required).

  • Affiliate & Partnership Expertise: Experience setting up, managing, and scaling affiliate or influencer programs.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft a tailored approach based on brand, audience, and goals.

  • E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and attribution tools is a strong plus.

  • Analytical & Creative: You can read data, spot trends, and also think outside the box to test new ideas.

  • Independent & Collaborative: You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations, but also managing projects independently from A to Z.

  • Remote Work Ready: You manage your own time, communicate clearly, and deliver results asynchronously.

What does success look like?

  • You’re consistently increasing high-quality external traffic and Amazon sessions, ultimately leading to increased sales.

  • You’re bringing measurable visibility, reach, and conversions through your chosen strategies.

  • You proactively suggest and test new ideas — you don’t wait to be told what to do.

  • You take ownership and pride in your results, driving clear ROI for our brands.

What’s in it for you?

  • Full-time, fully remote role

  • Contract duration: 6–8 months, with potential for a permanent position depending on results

  • Salary: USD 4,000 – 5,000+ per month, depending on experience and performance

  • Flexible hours: beyond a few weekly meetings, we trust you to manage your own time, communicate effectively and deliver results

  • Unlimited paid time off after the trial period (per company guidelines)

  • Opportunity to make a tangible impact on multiple established Amazon brands

  • Work with a small, collaborative global team that values creativity, freedom, and ownership
