What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their permanent benefits programs with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connect with clients virtually via Zoom to explain their permanent benefits.

  • Accurately document client information and maintain compliance standards.

  • Build trust and strong professional relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with your team to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or sales preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail.

  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
