Experience & Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.

Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.

Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Work-related Skills

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.

Other Requirements

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8  :  00 AM and 5  :  00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.³

Must be living in one of the following provinces : Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

Base pay + commission : Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance¹

Paid training : Get fully certified before you start²

Flexible remote work : Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8  :  00 AM to 5  :  00 PM EST³

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8  :  00 AM and 5  :  00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.¹
