At CogniHealth, we support WSIB clients across Ontario by providing timely, evidence-based mental health care services tailored towards workplace injury recovery. We understand that workplace injuries can affect thinking, emotions, behaviour, and our clients’ abilities to function and it is our belief that a focus on healing the mind is a vital aspect of our clients’ recovery.

Our services include WSIB-approved psychological assessments and therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment to disability, among other mental health concerns that can result from a workplace injury. We will coordinate directly with our clients’ WSIB teams to support their claim and recovery goals.

About You

CogniHealth is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, skilled contract Social Workers to join our dedicated team. Just as we put our clients at the center of everything we do, we also value creating a supportive environment where our clinicians can thrive.

With a full administrative team behind you - handling intake, scheduling, billing, and WSIB communication - you can focus entirely on what you do best: providing exceptional care. We bring the clients to you, so you can simply log in and start your virtual session.

As a contract Social Worker at CogniHealth, you’ll deliver evidence-based virtual treatment to WSIB clients across Ontario, helping them heal and move forward after workplace injury.

  • You have a Social Work degree with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience
  • You are a member in good standing with the College of OCSWSSW
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies to treat depression, anxiety, adjustment, and trauma-related disorders is mandatory
  • Experience in rehabilitation, addiction, pain management, return-to-work are all definite assets
  • You are client-centered
  • You have strong verbal/written communication skills
