What you'll do

The Global Front of Stores Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing Point of Sale & Payment Solutions within TJX IT. The organization delivers capabilities to the stores that support TJX in-store processes and to provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented Senior Product Owner to help deliver these capabilities within the various Front of Stores initiatives.

We seek a motivated and talented Senior Product Owner to help guide the lifecycle of these capabilities for the Global Front of Stores solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in defining/prioritising a team backlog of user stories including acceptance criteria.

  • Experience of analysing cross functional business processes and defining integrated user stories using industry standard techniques.

  • Ability of managing dependencies and shifting priorities in and across sprints /PIs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to all audiences.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tolls (e.g., Jira, Confluence), along with experience in requirements development or serving in a Product Owner role.

  • Experience in working as part of an Agile Release Train and participating in ART and Scrum Team Ceremonies.

  • Good knowledge of business analysis, project management, and product management concepts desired, along with an understanding of how enterprise software products are positioned and developed.

  • Good knowledge with the retail industry, particularly in point of sale and payments.

  • Ability to co-ordinate work with Product Management Manager, Staff PO & Product Analysts.

  • Knowledge of DevOps and Security best practices a benefit.

  • Experience of providing guidance to less experienced PO's/PA's.

  • Experience in an agile delivery framework.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience.

This position has a starting salary range of $91,200.00 to $118,600.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
