Summary

We are seeking dedicated Surveillance Operators to join our team at BIL Security Services Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients through effective monitoring and response to surveillance feeds. Located in Winnipeg, this position plays a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional security services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live video feeds from various surveillance cameras.
  • Respond promptly to any suspicious activities or alarms detected.
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records of surveillance activities.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety and security.
  • Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Provide reports on daily operations and any incidents that occur.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in surveillance or security operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with law enforcement protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents effectively.
