Recognized as one of Canada's top employers, EY continually strives to be a great place to work. **The opportunity** EY has a well-established Managed Services (MS) practice to cater to our clients’ growing need to leverage our operational capabilities in key areas including IT, cyber security, finance, insurance, compliance, and strategic tax advisory. You will join our Managed Services leadership team helping to develop and plan our strategy, support the development of our capabilities and operationalizing our offerings. In this role, you will also participate in key opportunities and engagements to provide leadership and support to help successfully deliver and grow our practice. As a driven, results-oriented professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional service to our internal and external clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. This role will provide you with visibility and participation across all sectors, deal sizes, competencies, and offerings. The successful candidate will have a rare opportunity to see how the firm operates across all our service lines (Consulting, Tax, Assurance, Strategy) and industries. **Your key responsibilities** As a Leader in EY’s Managed Services practice you are key to our solution development/support, monitoring/reporting, program governance, and reporting to key stakeholders, including our executive. **Your key responsibilities also include:** * Help identify and sell Managed Services opportunities * Advice clients on Outsourcing and Managed Services * Help write and manage engagement contracts * Help define and refine our Managed Services strategy * Help develop and monitor our MS business plan * Lead our Service Management Office including developing and running our governance processes * Report to our executive and other leaders * Support MS offering development, deal pricing and quality oversight * Lead MS engagements as required * Assess market conditions and competitive landscape **Skills and attributes for success** * Committed to contributing to a strong team culture to ensure success * Develop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise * Sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters * Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment * Confidence with numbers and financial analysis **To qualify for the role, you must have** * Exceptional client service experience * Ability to shape and sell Managed Services deals * Good executive presence * Ability to work independently or team with others as required * Minimum of 5 years of work experience in managed services or operations environment * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools * Excellent collaboration and presentation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds **Ideally, you’ll also have** * Professional services firm experience * Post-secondary education * Aptitude with MS Office tools and financials * ITIL certification * Being bilingual (English & French) would be an asset **What we look for** We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers and have a very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment. **What we offer** At EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture - built on high-performance teaming - where everyone can achieve their potential and contribute to building a better working world for our people, our clients and our communities.
