<strong>Practice:</strong> Project Management<br><br><strong>Position Title:</strong> Project Manager<br><br><strong>Position Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Manager, Project Management Office<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>Pellera is seeking a Bilingual Project Manager, speaking French and English at a professional level. The Project Manager manages small, medium, and large client projects from start to finish leveraging the standard PMO project management process. Actively participates in team meetings, bringing discussion topics and sharing knowledge with the team. This role will work 100% remote.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proficient with all systems, tools, and templates provided by the PMO.</li><li>Review SOW and complete initial planning activities.</li><li>Work with resource managers to assign project resources.</li><li>Conduct internal and external project kick off calls with slide deck.</li><li>Conduct internal and external status meetings regularly.</li><li>Prerequisite and product tracking.</li><li>Create and maintain the project plan.</li><li>Approve project timesheets and invoices.</li><li>Consistently complete weekly update of PSA tool project status, status notes, start/end dates.</li><li>Update and maintain project technical resource schedules/bookings in the PSA tool.</li><li>Attend project review meetings to discuss/provide updates to management on projects in progress.</li><li>Conduct project close out meetings.</li><li>Submit customer surveys.</li><li>Consistently achieve project management utilization targets.</li><li>Ability to lead project meetings and engage the appropriate team members in the conversation to maximize efficiency and value of the meeting.</li><li>Fosters and emphasizes teamwork amongst all project team members.</li><li>Takes full ownership and accountability for the project’s success and acts to mitigate and/or eliminate risks through good communication, planning, and escalation as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bilingual speaker, French and English at a professional level.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this role interacts with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ethical and Critical Thinking.</li><li>Ability to adhere to and leverage best practices as defined by the PMO and/or well recognized project management frameworks such as PMBoK.</li><li>Strong understanding of the different project types and methodologies, knowing when to use each.</li><li>Basic Technical knowledge in the areas of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Analytics, Cybersecurity</li><li>Good understanding of common technical terminology and implementation methods for the aligned technology practice area.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>5-10+ years' related experience required. </li><li>Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)</li><li>PMP Certification (preferred)</li><li>ITIL Certification (preferred) <br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. <br><br></li></ul>Pellera provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
