We’re hiring a professional, disciplined, and highly organized Remote Appointment Setter to support our sales team.

This is a remote, full-time position with daily communication and structured workflows.
You’ll be connecting with warm leads, qualifying them using proven frameworks, and scheduling appointments for our advisors.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with inbound or warm leads through phone, SMS, and email
  • Follow a proven qualification process to determine fit
  • Schedule appointments into advisors’ calendars
  • Maintain accurate updates inside the CRM
  • Track daily activity and hit clear performance metrics
  • Work closely with advisors to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-through
