B2B Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing Solutions (Remote / Canada)

Other Jobs To Apply

We are seeking a B2B Inside Sales Representative (part-time or full-time) to support our growing sales efforts in the digital marketing and franchise space.

We offer marketing technology solutions used by franchisors, franchisees, and multi-location service brands.

Your focus will be straightforward: Contact prospects, follow up, and join discovery calls.

This is a consultative sales role — ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, relationship-building, and structured follow-up rather than hands-on marketing work.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and identify fit
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline in our CRM
  • Follow up consistently via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with senior sales leadership on proposals and closing steps
  • Track activity metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness

Hours are flexible between part-time vs full-time.

Who We’re Looking For

You have 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in:

  • Digital marketing services or SaaS
  • Selling into franchisors or multi-location businesses
  • Consultative or solution-based sales environments

You excel at:

  • Prospecting and initiating conversations
  • Managing a pipeline with multiple active deals
  • Following up with discipline and consistency
  • Communicating clearly with owners, managers, and executives
  • Staying organized in a remote, self-directed role

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with franchise systems and how decisions flow within them
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Comfort using LinkedIn for outreach
  • Background in subscription or recurring-revenue sales

What We Offer

  • Part-time (to start) or Full-time option
  • Base salary + commission
  • Remote, flexible work environment (anywhere in Canada)
  • Health Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
