  Job ID: R2000541280    Job  Description:   The Warehouse Assembler role is ideal for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a collaborative team in a fast-paced unionized environment. Interested candidates of all backgrounds and genders are encouraged to apply.   What you will be trained to do: Assembling cases of product on pallets for inventory requests made by Loblaw stores including wrapping orders and preparing them for shipping. Utilizing an electric pallet jack to move through the warehouse.   About You:   You bring a positive attitude that will help strengthen our great culture and live our CORE values of Care, Ownership, Respect and Excellence.   Other Skills You Will Require: Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 LBS repeatedly and up to 65 lbs occasionally with accuracy and in a timed environment Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (5 to -28 Degrees in some locations) The Loblaw Freeport Distribution Centre is committed to helping you grow your career, and one that provides new opportunities.
